Shipping Policy

 

At Bio Core we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT on the same working day. Exceptions on orders made on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) or UK bank holidays. All orders made on Saturday-Sunday and bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

You will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided on your order when the order has been dispatched.

All orders are dispatched through Royal Mail. On some occasions alternative methods may be used and you will be notified by BioCore if an alternative method is to be provided.

Please note we accept no responsibility for any packages that are not received due to customer error, such as inputting the incorrect / incomplete address details. We recommend you review your order when it is placed to ensure the correct details are inputted before submitting your order.

United Kingdom:

  • RM 24 Signed For Delivery : 1-2 Working Days
  • RM 48 Standard Delivery : 2-3 Working Days

Please note these times are estimated some orders may arrive after the times stated above due to reasons out of our control. Please allow 5 extra working days before contacting us. (Working days are Mon-Fri)

 Please note: Bio Core do not accept responsibility for orders lost in the post when the ‘standard’ shipping option is chosen. 

Returns Policy

Common reasons for refusal of returns / exchanges*

– Any items that are returned which are covered in animal or human hair may not be exchanged or refunded.

– Any items found to have a distinct smell (deodorant, aftershave, body odour etc)

– Any items that have stains or have been washed. Returned items must be in the original re-sellable condition. This is the same condition that you received them in, including tags and packaging.

Please note any items purchased from our sale items may only be exchanged. Refunds will not be given for any sale / discontinued items.

We only replace items if they are the incorrect size, defective or damaged.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not currently allow refunds on multiple returns, if an item has already be exchanged once it can only be returned for a gift card within the 14 days of the original purchase.

If you do wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:

  • Email Address
  • Amendment you require

We will always strive to amend your order before it leaves our warehouse, but we aren’t always able to. We will do all we can to help out but cannot be held accountable for your mistake or incorrect orders.
